I paid every month for the ability to block certain applications at a certain time. this month they took payment but the function was turned off - they demand to switch to a new tariff. this is unfair. began to count how many times I block applications manually - this is ridiculous! (I can't block more than 5 times) Are you serious? I'm leaving

She can not use anything, WiFi is blocked by « system setting », GSM too, very bad. Support service is not helping in anyway.

Use it only if you completely don't care about your privacy, personal data and giving control to your devices.

I bought this app to put on my daughters phone and it caused her phone to have so many issues. Her phone was freezing and glitching all the time. The app also froze completely and wouldn’t let her use it when i contacted them and did what they wanted me to do and I told them I was having so many problems they didn’t give me any refund even though it’s only been 3 months of 12 months of the app that I’ve used. I have now taken it off and her phone is working perfectly again! I don’t recommend this app at all, look elsewhere!!!

Very powerful app that works well. However it has one big flaw - there is no separate PIN code to open the app. If your kids know your PIN code to unlock your phone they can easily go into the parent app and change the settings. The developer needs to introduce a feature allowing a separate PIN code to unlock the app. I know you could log out of the app every time you use the app but it is a pain to have to remember and enter the full user name and password every time you want to open the app to grant time, change a setting etc. The app also doesn’t work well for use during school hours. For example if your kid has a laptop for use at school and a phone you can’t have different settings for each device. If you want to block the phone during school hours you block the laptop as well. Annoying. You have to set up completely separate profiles for different devices if you want different settings for devices used by same kid. Becomes hard to manage.

Useless won’t even connect to my kids Mac Air - had to cancel the trial

This app malfunctions causing huge issues. I would not use it if your want to be able to access things on your phone. This latest malfunction the app just locked me out of my phone and then when I emailed the developer we realized it had put me on the free version despite me having paid my subscription. The developer then gave me a whole list of things for me to do to fix this glitch none of which worked! The developer is condescending and does not take the inconvenience they are causing people seriously nor do they listen. So for all this drama I appealed the $12.99 payment for this last payment since the app literally isn’t working for me. The seller lied to PayPal and said I received this service. After I have paid hundreds of dollars over the last few years, this app malfunctions and costs me money and time and doesn’t work. And these thieves lie and won’t even refund my payment for an app that doesn’t work!!! I would never trust these people to have access to my device again!

Dang my parents are so stupid putting this one my phone just know you can turn of the wifi and it stops working till the wifi is back on. BUT if you go off wifi while time is still runing it still dose count it but dosnt take the stuff away till the wifis back. SO ya I hope that helps guys

I’m not a parent, so you probably would be thinking that I’m just a dramatic child or teenager taking to the internet to complain. But this app has genuinely ruined my social life. I agree with having down times or maybe time limits but maybe have it so that they select the child’s age and you have an appropriate range of times you can pick as the down time. What I mean is that I’m a teenager in high school yet my down time is 8pm. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I’m losing so many of my friends, wanna know why? Because I’m being bullied at school for having to explain “no sorry I’m not allowed ____” or “sorry I can’t call with you because my down time is 8pm”. I really wonder why in your right mind would you decide this app was a good idea? Did you not think about how unhealthily parents would use this app to manipulate their kids? Once again, I agree with children having down times and not spending 20 hours a day on their phone. But something like a 2 hour phone limit for a teenager or 30 minutes on an app or something or restricted messages is stupid. Parents are not always going to be responsible with your app, there are many parents who will manipulate it to gain control over their kids causing more harm than good. Please rethink your morals, I understand this app is supposed to be a good thing but its really not.

Can anyone just not get into technology the technical way and do it the strict way like if they ignore you eighter get the hand or take device off because I honest think it ruins our teenagers lives I know technology does you may think but that is wrong why can’t they enjoy there phone lives acccessable to fun games apps messenger ?
