Parental Control App - OurPact

I paid every month for the ability to block certain applications at a certain time. this month they took payment but the function was turned off - they demand to switch to a new tariff. this is unfair. began to count how many times I block applications manually - this is ridiculous! (I can't block more than 5 times) Are you serious? I'm leaving

She can not use anything, WiFi is blocked by « system setting », GSM too, very bad. Support service is not helping in anyway.

Use it only if you completely don't care about your privacy, personal data and giving control to your devices.

This app in it’s basic status gives you nothing! Not worth it!

Here’s my email to customer support: “I decided to give the software another try due to good reviews. After now having spent 2 hours trying to install the premium version onto only one ipad, I can tell you this is the worst customer experience in terms of difficulty of installation, since the times of windows 3.11 from early 1990s! Absolutely terrible nighmare!!!! I have been led in circles between needing to backup the ipod onto my computer, informing me I have to switch off location detection feature, then after another backup circle informing me I need to erase files on the iPod due to insufficient space for backup restore (whatever this means). Of course, each time the device would become detached from my phone, thus requiring for your software to be erased from the iPod and reinstalled, but only after having run the installation through the Ourpact utility from the computer. Then, each time I tried to run the ourpact utility, it would go through a backup again, making me wait until it finishes, even though it did the backup 5 minutes ago. After about 1,5hours I managed to install what I thought was a premium feature on 1 iPad, but, no, that was actually not the case, as when I tried to setup app scheduling, it would again tell me that I need to install the app on the Ipad, even though it was already there. Now I spent additional 30 minutes trying to figure that out, but I’m giving up, it’s 11:10 in the evening, I lost a lot of my precious time for nothing and have a messed up Ipod to show for it. On top, in the process of backup, all folders on the ipod got erased and apps are now all on basic screen!!?? Why didn’t it specify somewhere this would happen – I have 3 kids using this IPod and they had all stuff sorted out. Now they have to do it again. My phone and iPad are both up-to-date with software, my computer as well. I’m done with your terrible software. In this day, you do need to make it simpler for people to install it, and at least make sure after usage nothing is messed up on peoples’ devices. Overall, really worst software in decades!

The app automatically charges you while it is promoting free trial. It deceives the consumers and refund is not even an option. It charged me $99.99 automatically without me even trying the app. WHAT FREE TRIAL??!! Stay away from this unethical company!!!!

I don’t hate it but my daughter said the app organizer if she want to delete apps, she has to turn off the app organizer delete it and turn it back. if you can do anything about this please fix

App did not perform as described, no one to help. Very hard to customize settings

Sometimes my kid’s time on this app turned out to be unlimited - I think because of the WiFi signal not being stable in our home... I wish you built in a little “window” with the exact time when the child’s grant ends. I tried two other applications that seemed to be even worse, too complicated and not blocking apps/ not working as expected - so frustrating, I deleted them and requested refunds. And now your app seemed to be PERFECT (except the 2 issues mentioned above), so I’ve came back to the OurPact subscription.
