It was okay until recently with the merge of synergy email. Now it’s too slow and crashes. This needs to be addressed! If not, just get rid of the email since we get emails in our regular mailbox.

This app was okay at first now. Not so much. It won’t delete messages after I deleted and now it saying I have 3 unread messages. It’s annoying. I haven’t seen an update for it awhile of ever.

This app crashes every single time. Checking mail is too much for it. I recommend logging in on a computer over downloading this frustrating experience.

So I really really really hate when places want and almost force people to use broken apps, especially for things as important as schools. This app is absolutely garbage, did they hire a student to make it? I mean seriously, the schools couldn’t hire someone competent to make this app? I get that making apps is difficult but when it’s for something as important as our children’s education maybe put a little effort into it especially if we are forced to use it.

Always have issues with this app. The emails won’t load and if they do they freeze my phone and the app closes out. I can’t email my kids teachers and it takes forever to load.

This app keeps crashing every time I try to open it from my iPhone. It was working, but recently I can’t open it at all. Please fix this as this is the main way my children’s teachers communicate with us.

Worst thing since 9/11

I’m unsure of how apps can be this bad. It has so many bugs that I have to close and open the app multiple times. Grades and assignments are never right. This app has one job, please do it.

This app is 4weeks behind. They tell you it’s the most updated and accurate information you can get. Now children grades aren’t updated for all kinds of reason, substitute teachers to teachers just don’t update. Now ask my kids and they have a whole other app that is updated and the parents have no access to the information… how can the parents hold the children accountable when the schools and system is broken…I see E’s because teachers don’t update but I’m betting the highest gpa students don’t have these issues

Nothing works or loads correctly. I acceptable this many years into app UX/UI.
