Reporting vehicles was going great, until I had one declined. Apparently the ppl behind this are ignorant of my State’s laws regarding what makes a placard or license plate expired/invalid; even when the statute was provided. Use if you want, but I will be deleting the app, because it is an obvious waste of time and effort.
Better to just slash their tires.
Unless the spot has a disabled parking sign like a stop sign, the violation will not be reported. I have reported twice where it was no sign but the decal on the ground for the spot. There were no signs anywhere in the parking lot. Both violations were denied. Then I get told I can report the need for signs in the app. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Not helpful.
Great idea but the app crashes all the time and the fact that you can't take a picture and then upload it is criminal, i can quickly snap 3 pictures faster than taking the pictures in the app- not tryna get caught
This app or system would be great if every time someone is reported and get fined, that the person reporting this should get a reward like how New Yorkers get paid by reporting people parking illegally on the streets. Other than that I’m not gonna waste my time reporting anyone. It’s comes with an reward.
(I absolutely love this app and will continue using it to report people who misuse handicapped violations etc.)
I love the concept and I will be happy to help reporting people the uses and abuses parking and other disable areas but the app makes you fully responsible if you submit any information and the person affected, decides to sue you or whatever. So for that reason I’m out.
The problem with this app is that you need to take the pictures live. It doesn’t give you the opportunity to upload a photo. So the times that I’ve used it they deny the report.

The founder of this non-profit organization likes to harass people for calling out their internalized ableism. This app is dangerous for disabled people DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT
