Where is the cancel booking option?

The app is absolutely not intuitive and not friendly to use. You have to take course or to spent a bunch amount of time to learn how to turn the parking on, while in most of the cases you are rushing somewhere. It takes 2-5 times of usage to understand how to set on the parking and to choose the right one out the list of the tariffs. Why it can’t just set it by itself if it knows what hour and date it is?!

This worked fine until they changed it. Now you have to search by name every time. It doesn’t come up with car parks in the area.

I tried to pay my casual parking but I got an error saying it couldn’t connect and glitched. I immediately moved out of the car park and parked somewhere else. I randomly checked my phone a bit later and saw that I had apparently been parking for 50 minutes! I ended the parking and have now been charged $6.50. Struggling to understand why it’s so much when the sign clearly says parking from $3, which one would assume was per hour. What’s the other $3.50 for? I would like a refund as I didn’t stay there and did not know that the booking had gone through.

Congratulations on making quite possibly the slowest app to load on the App Store. Takes at least 90 seconds to load every single time.

Tired and tried to pay for early bird parking before 0900 on app. It would not let me, kept saying no internet connection even though there was!! Then miraculously at about 0907 it let me into the app properly to buy parking…..NOT at early IRD rate. I ended up paying $20 for 3 hours. NOT happy about this service at all!!

I wasn’t driving the vehicle and forgot to stop paying for parking had finished working at 16:40 that night 8/5/24

Alway take so long to load everything

I typically park where there is 90mins of free parking. It would be good if the parking could be started when I park but I don’t get charged until after 90mins. Also, having a reminder just as the next half hour has clocked over is unfair. Having a warning before that happens, say ten mins before would be appreciated. Lastly, half an hour is too long. Other parking apps and the council’s machines have smaller increments and so should parkmate
