Terrible application, none of the terms listed on the sign where I parked matched any of the in application options, be it from the price, the terms to park, or any other detail. Don’t bother with the app at all, just use the payment terminals. At least they’ll be accurate.

The app is sneaky. It makes you think you ended a parking session but you find out 10 hrs later it didn’t really end and you owe a bunch of money than you should. Good luck getting a refund!!

Slow sign up. Gets confused and loosing connection. You can’t paste any information to the mandatory fields so if you use a password manager, you will have to manually write down password and CC info in the app. I guess they got paid for creating an MVP and nothing more. The positive part is that it works, but prepare to get frustrated.

Downloaded app as advised by local hotel to access nearby parking. Could not activate app as it would not send verification code to my overseas number. So app is useless….I’m leaving this feedback for developers.

First it takes ages to sign up. Then I pay $2 for parking but get charged $0.50 transaction fee (rip off). Then I discover a few days later that they decided to keep charging me $2/day in perpetuity. Crooks.

Sorry I fell now you have changed the app and your location does not automatically come up it’s difficult to use

Where is the cancel booking option?

The app is absolutely not intuitive and not friendly to use. You have to take course or to spent a bunch amount of time to learn how to turn the parking on, while in most of the cases you are rushing somewhere. It takes 2-5 times of usage to understand how to set on the parking and to choose the right one out the list of the tariffs. Why it can’t just set it by itself if it knows what hour and date it is?!

This worked fine until they changed it. Now you have to search by name every time. It doesn’t come up with car parks in the area.

I tried to pay my casual parking but I got an error saying it couldn’t connect and glitched. I immediately moved out of the car park and parked somewhere else. I randomly checked my phone a bit later and saw that I had apparently been parking for 50 minutes! I ended the parking and have now been charged $6.50. Struggling to understand why it’s so much when the sign clearly says parking from $3, which one would assume was per hour. What’s the other $3.50 for? I would like a refund as I didn’t stay there and did not know that the booking had gone through.
