What is the point of this app if you get a parking ticket every time you use it and then customer service can’t help. Ridiculous. Just pay the old school way and avoid the hassle.

Don’t working app and anytime I have tickets 35$

If you choose the wrong car, don’t expect to get a refund because apparently New York State has it that if you choose the wrong plate on the app there is no way to reverse the transaction to give a refund so just cut your losses cause you just made a donation to the state. Customer service? Nope! They won’t try to help you and apparently they can’t transfer you to a supervisor to help with your inquiry because their phones are from 1960 and they don’t have a transfer button. Also they don’t have a supervisor who can actually come over to the old phone and talk to the customer. Terrible app and terrible customer support.

This app is a joke! We have multiple car and by mistake I clicked on the wrong one however you can’t update the license plate. You have to do a new session and lose the money from the other one.

Some of your meters don’t have the numbers on them

This is used to be a really good app. Now you force people to purchase more than they can afford based on NYC greed.

Apps good if the meter guy knows how to do his job

The app is fine. However, they have a policy of requiring a $25 “wallet” replenishment. You can’t just book a parking for $3. You have to purchase a $25 minimum credit.
