This is my first experience using Partender and I am amazed, impressed, and excited to use the app. Inventory can be a daunting and intimidating task but Partender streamlines the process. Our trainer, Anji, gave us a great, interactive in-person training at our lounge highlighting all the features and best practices that we would’ve never known. Partender’s UI is simple, fun, and makes doing inventory a less daunting task. Partender is almost like a Spotify for inventory!

I love the leveler. It’s like a map to do inventory. Literally anyone can do this, with just a little guidance. Maybe 5 mins of training or a quick YouTube video. It’s super self-explanatory and light years difference from the paper pen clipboard. I worked at the Convention Center, Hilton Bay Front, Westin Bay View in SD and it took forever. The I’m sure someone would type it in. This is much easier and accurate way. It’ll be so much easier orders. No more out of stocks! We are lucky to work with Ang during our training. I learned so much about everything. With Chase Lounge, I’m so excited we get to use Partender for work. I can have all my bartenders doing inventory each day just to see how what’s trending. Hangs at loading bottle types, gets to 98% and then never completes. Tried closing and reopening. Trash. Also Hangs when loading sections. Very bad developer, not mobile friendly at all.

My team did inventory in 90 seconds of our main bar while I was in a meeting, no joke.

I don’t usually leave reviews but have to share my experience because of how much this is going to help me. Being from outside the industry originally and then American Airlines and now JPMorgan, I just realized that Partender makes it standard for anybody starting out or who doesn’t have bar knowledge to do inventory and order like A tenured bar manager. So simple. You just download an app and fly through inventory, that’s it. No one wants to do inventory, it’s the worst. And it’s hard to imagine inventory ever being this fast, easy and accurate. I used to run Admirals Club and managers dreaded inventory. They would get stuck for 6 hours overnight. Admirals club *needs* this. It’s great that my team can do accurate inventory like pros (even though most have never done it before, lucky them). Partender not only also helps me empower them and keep them accountable, but also helps make sure we never run out of stock and our guests are happy. Thanks Partender.
