Not sure how this even gets allowed on the App Store. It’s super buggy and won’t even launch for me most of the time. Really disappointing, and should be incredibly embarrassing to the company and dev team for a banking app.

I can’t open my account. it’s awful
I keep trying to change my password but it keeps telling my password change failed. I’ve done this numerous times and I keep getting that message. Awful app. Go back to the old app design. Surprised Disney can’t put a little bit of their money into the app to make it better or at least fix it . 😂
A member for almost 8 years, never has it been so bad until this year 2024. 2 hour holds during the day for a representative, the essential app functions do not work. Was somehow locked out of my account for 7 days no one returned my call. They say someone will call you back they never do. Then you have to call back and wait on hold for 2 hours minimum.
This app is essentially useless. Anything useful that needs to be done needs to be done on a desktop. Just one of the many ways Disney shows it doesn’t care about its customers.
Not sure what is wrong with you app, but the ability for it to use the camera to snapshot the front & back of a check is all blurry. I’ve called customer service yesterday, they were gonna let IT know and asked I try today, but it still doesn’t work. I wrote a secure message via my computer yesterday, and their response today was to “possibly try deleting and redownloading the app and to check your phone camera settings”. Did all that today, to no avail. It’s you, not me! Fix your dang app - as this is LOUSY customer service.
I can't get into my account! My passcode and logging info apparently doesn’t work. I've tried to change my password several times and they all failed with no reason given. I have to keep calling customer service EVERY month before I have to make a payment to help me with this issue. I know all my login info is correct, but the app says it’s not. Like please I keep that info hand written to remember. It stresses me out having to keep dealing with this. FIX THIS NOW!
The latest “upgrade” makes it MORE complicated to access payment amount due accessible. NOT more convenient.
I locked myself out of my account trying to change my password. I called partners to be told by the specialist that I have to wait 1-3 days to have my issue resolved. In the meantime I can’t access my account. Horrible bank will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, the new version of the app is bad as well like many have said already Zelle and account info is harder to locate not user friendly at all.
I’ve tried to deposit my check and again and again it fails. Why have a feature if it does not work ?
