Error at log in

Keep getting error msg at log in and fails. Reported to PFCU they said phone problem. Never had it before last PFCU new system update. Talk to Apple had them check phone everything checks out fine and all other apps work fine. Including my credit card and other bank apps work just fine. PFCU app is the only one that repeatedly fail’s multiple times at Face ID log in!

face id desapeared...

face id desapeared.. instead of improving they been un-oroving or downgrading app.... wonder about security FDIC notified...

Slow

Face ID is nonexistent now. The app was great. Until a few months ago. The login takes forever. The face recognition doesn’t work the first time. Was hoping it would have been fixed by now. Months later, it’s still very sluggish. It’s even slowed down more once you’re in the app. I miss the days it was quick to login and quick to navigate. It’s become gruesome to use. Starting to think the web login and use is better and faster than the app

Bad App

This app is always faulty always! It’s awful and then balances are never right!

Not working

App won’t even open anymore. Just stays stuck on the splash screen

Not working

App just stopped working. Won’t let me log on at all. Just keeps spinning like it’s thinking of logging on but won’t. Maybe needs an update? I can’t access mobile at all. I have not tried online yet but mobile is not at all working.

Freezes iPhone

This app has always been a pain in the butt. It used to break my audio, now it also changed the screen resolution and breaks my phone when I open and then close the app. I will be changing to the Web page only and deleting this app.

Can’t access my accounts when out of country

Thinking of switching banks as I can’t access my mobile banking when I’m overseas & on vacation to monitor my expenses. I have to call long distance & get charged to call & calls have long waiting time. Feeling helpless & frustrated here.

App not working with update 16.3.1

My iPhone 8 recently updated and now my app does not open for me. I live outside of California and do not have a Partners near me and I’m unable to use the app for mobile check deposits or even to check my account balance. Such a bummer especially since I really loved my in person experiences with Partners
