Couldn’t even register in the app, although we tried with a foreign mobile telephone number and an email address. With the former we got the error message “country list failed to load” and with the latter the error message was “Network error. Please try again.” I’ve tried about 10 times in the last two hours, it just doesn’t work. There are other vendors who can supply an App with this capability at a much higher quality.

They charge 50 cents on $1 of parking to make your parking experience less convenient than just putting in coins. Avoid unless you absolutely need to use.

Network error adding card. So frustrating.

This app rarely works correctly. Adding a new card to your account is like throwing a dart at a dartboard blindfolded if it will actually accept the card or not. The creators of this app need to work harder to keep the functionality. Its an awesome idea just not well maintained.

This app don’t advice if you have tickets violations already. So you can literally pay having violations and you don’t even know.

Absolute scam. It takes your money, adds fees, but the meter doesn't change. Complete scam.

Stuck in a loop. Have a card on file. Trying to pay. Asks me to add card. So punch in card number again. Says that card has been entered. Add time. Add card… repeat. What a waste of time in this app. Tech support got back to me with a list of things to try of which more than half where listed in my bug report. There is a web app that can be tried not sure where but that is but they asked if I tried it. I will avoid this app where I can. Ridiculous wast of time just pay at the machine if you can.

Set up an account a while ago. Then had to use it again. The app made me re enter in my payment info (does not accept Apple Pay) then when I tried it said it couldn’t be entered because it was already on file but it didn’t show up anywhere. Ungodly amount of work to do to pay $2 to park a car

Their app and their customer service is unserviceable. Spent 40 minutes trying to troubleshoot their app and talk to their customer service to just end up having to park 15 minutes away walking distance. Is meant to be used to facilitate, in my experience it really takes things a couple steps back when it comes to utility and ease. Not my only time having problems with this system.

As the description reads, I used this app to pay for parking but I was still ticketed. Failure for this app and Montgomery County, MD.
