Passport Parking

Make sure to read their terms and privacy policy before accepting it. It is so broad you could run 20 lanes of traffic through it. Anything they deem to their needs is acceptable. Zero protections for anyone other than in the EU. I would not trust them based on either document. You are clearly the product they are selling and sharing with others.

The app is named “Passport” after downloading to your phone. Which makes it absolutely impossible to find. This is a parking app, it has nothing to do with international travel. Please rename it.

I spend 20 mins for make a payment. It doesn’t work with Apple Pay!

When you add time the prices don't add up to the right charge. 50c plus 35c convenience fee equals 3.50?? So i paid 2.5 to park needed to add 15 minutes to my time and I have go pay an additional 3$? If you're gonna charge to extend it costs extra for a convenience fee that's something else what's frustrating is the cost being hidden and you get charged more than your total. Hidden charges man i'd rather just keep quarters on me

I’m not entirely amazed by this app, but it does the job. You can pay for parking, and see how much time you have left. The UI is a little rough and no dark mode but it works. You can extend parking right from the app too, which is nice. Update: Apple Pay is fixed, and the app is now a 4 star.

This app knows when a payment method is expired but isn’t smart enough to just use the payment method that isn’t expired. pretty stupid.

There is a .55c convenience fee, however, when you try to extend(and this happened twice now), it declines my card. But two minutes later when the session is over, my card works just fine and I’m able to book the parking space for another two hours but I have to pay the $.55 convenience charge again that wouldn’t have been applied the first four times my card was rejected while trying to extend.

Having changed cities to an area that uses a different system, i learned to appreciate how convenient this app is compared to other systems. It’s quick, easy, and I have never had any problems with it.

The app isn’t opening then I deleted and reinstalled and it won’t allow any sign ins

Most days works fine but today it’s just a pulsating logo on a white background after minutes of starting app.
