Why they cancelled my order???? Awful service!!!!

I don’t understand why this app was created. Probably the drivers are not able to read a map. I tried to order a taxi to the airport , after three attempts no one was able to find me . (I don’t think they even tried to be honest) some of them supposedly just randomly clicked the buttons so I found myself arriving to destination which was not true. Picking taxi on the street is still a better option. Tradition is the only way in Nepal.

I don’t understand only one thing, why do they call and ask for an address? There is geolocation, there is a special line with the address and other details, and no one speaks English at the same time..very difficult.

Please add card payments to the system. Couriers never have change which makes it so inconvenient!!!

Not good got terrible service 😭 Do not recommended.The drivers were very rude and even sent a complaint on me accusing me of cursing and many more.(just my opinion)

10% only can see exactly location

Worst service it’s been half hour ur odder is ready & on the way And takes 3min but when I call they told me it takes again 20 minutes what kind of service is this. @pathaofood?
