Couldn’t live without this app. It is easy access to my appointments,medications, and a vessel to interact with my doctors. I’d be lost without this app.

Very useful software, and gets increasingly useful as more institutions implement Epic’s mychart; single access to all my medical information, and easy access to providers and scheduling. Thank you!

A great feature for this app would be a search engine that allows the patient to research the cost of their medications, and expected pay with insurance.

To whom it may concern I'm unable to view the dates that my procedures were preformed on! I was unaware of the changes that were made with Patient Gateway. Is there anyway that you can fix this on your end? I would be extremely satisfied. Thank you Diane Tabor

In the Document section, I would get my warfarin dosage for each week’s INR results here. It is now not in the message center, not in letters, not in test result, not in the medicine area either. Yes, my result is there…….the dosage of y med is there…..my dosage changes every week…I Already know my test result…I do this at home myself. As the dosage changes, I like to check back on patient gateway to make sure I change the dose correctly for that week.

App is well designed and gives you immediate access to your medical team. Particularly good laboratory results section which shows you the norms and where your results fits. Message Nigel permits you to easily communicate with your providers.

Great for managing all aspects of my care :)
