The app stopped working all of a sudden. I even tried reinstalling this. When I try to login with my card details , this app stops working at OTP stage.

Can’t send OTP due to wrong phone number length expectation

If I could I would give 0 stars. The worse app on my phone. Often logs out completely, making me re input all details over and over and as I do so It throws errors and so I haven’t been able to access it for a while now.

Kept showing error message after entering one time passcode received through text. Tried since 25th May still showing the same error message till 7th June.

I have had to register my card multiple times . It doesn’t record all purchases . It forgets everything. Useless . And nobody cares at Mastercard since this issue it’s been going on for a very long time

I’ve used this for many years. It’s a bit irritating that it would forget my setup and ask me to do it again. In the past I did not mind as it’s not that difficult. However now, I get :- ‘Error delivering One Time Passcode. Click “Resend Passcode” to try again. No matter how many times I do this, I get the same error message. I’ve been on the phone to HSBC and even they could not help me. It used to work but they keep updating the application and now it’s completely broken and nobody seems to be looking at this issue as it’s been like this for a number of weeks or even months. I gave a one star because a can’t give nought.

App is unusable. Can’t even log in, says something went wrong. Please fix this issue, can’t get any reward otherwise. What’s the point in having a ‘rewards credit card’, when you can’t actually get rewards.

Enhance the PayWithRewards app by streamlining the redemption process and providing real-time updates on available rewards. Additionally, consider adding personalized recommendations based on user spending patterns.

Shocking Every-time i open app it treats me as a new applicate… having to re register Then it does not accept the one time password it send me. Waste if time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. App is completely unusable, can’t even sign in with my card details. Amazing that this is the best a huge company like Mastercard could come up with, something that doesn’t even work
