Doesn’t accept card
Supposedly the only way to spend accrued points but it doesn’t accept the card number of a card in the program. Pointless app and points program.

Can’t log in so can’t claim rewards . Utterly pointless app
Most times u have to relogin. Not sure if this could be a token issue or catch issue with its apps browser. But I think there should be a better way in not resetting now and then or when updating. Unless it’s a safety feature to log u out when you update the app The offers are lack and 1p a pound is not really 1P a pound it’s 1P for every checkout. If u get 20items in a basket you will only get 1point back so u would need to Split ur items of a pound or more into separate Checkouts This app will now receive A Report and I hope other report this app with the small report button on this App Store
It appears the developers are improving the log in. You don’t have to enter your four digits passcode twice but only the on-time-code sent to your phone. However, pasting your 16 digits card number is not allowed. Your card must be in your hand! Come on developers, allow pasting the 16 digits. Thank you.
If I could put 0 stars I would as this app is terrible, there are no rewards at all and it keeps logging out. No idea why is it called rewards card
As almost all of these reviews already suggest, this application appears to be worse than useless. Using the app to register a new rewards card is a futile exercise. A recurring “something went wrong” error message appears when trying to register. No further reasoning, no tips or help, just the unhelpful message. A reinstall doesn’t appear to help. iPhone 16 on iOS 18
It shows points in the beginning after few days you it’s stop counting. Lack of clarity..
With even worse customer service. Passed from HSBC, back to Mastercard, back to HSBC, back to Mastercard. 2 weeks later. The saga continues. This is so unprofessional for a huge company
Won't allow me to register my MC. Purchased goods using card and supposedly should have 2,506 points. ALL points missing and marked as redeemed. Contacted customer service and was unable to resolve the glitch in spite of me staying on the telephone line for 1 hour on an 0345 number!!! Plain disaster in every angle!
Unable to copy card number into the app, moving away from the app clears all input fields, forces you to use an ‘app passcode’… What a dreadful user experience
