Can’t receive my phone verification code I have reset it many times it doesn’t appear.
The title says it all.
Every PC card linked to family account is recognized as O518 or E518 offline mode in Church Street loblaws since this iOS 18 update on 22 Sep 2024 due to which we are not able do redeem and earn points even though same cards are working in Shopper. They need to urgently fix this. Customer Service wasn’t able to assist either.
When I click to load offers in the latest version of the app, most of them are listed as “expired” in my account even though they are current offers.
Bring back the old UI. The new UI is bad. No one scrolls horizontally.
I got an email saying I am now registered but I never created an account, someone in Canada created an account using my email and name. Be careful because this whole thing might be a scam.
An absolutely useless app (and the site is just as bad), don’t waste the space on your phone. No matter what I try, neither the app nor site will let me make an online purchase and redeem my points, always saying “We’re unable to place your order. It’s a technical problem on our end. Try again.” I’ve tired again. Ten times. Uninstalled and reinstalled, tried on different browsers and while Incognito. Cleared cache. Everything. Contacted customer service for help, they replied with stock suggestions, I tried to reply to the email like they said I could, then got an email saying I needed to use the contact form again because *they can’t reply to the emails*. It truly seems like a ploy by the company to keep their customers from redeeming high value amounts of points. So disappointed.

Horrible customer service - promise of points that gets dishonoured due to fine print and a 4 cent price differential. And then they have no issues responding saying that they would have rounded up to provide the reward if the bill was 2 cents short! This from a multi million dollar top line generating company!
