I have been with this Credit Union since I was still working for the company which I had started in 2005 to 2007 off for about 2 yrs to recover my hip surgery then back again in the Deli and then off to Aprons until 2017 I retired my Apron when Publix retired the Aprons Kitchen I loved that job and still miss it. This Credit Union has always been there for my needs and the needs of my family members with great rates wonderful and customer service.
I love the accessibility, and the protections provided. It helps me to keep track of my spending and if there is a dispute it is resolved expeditiously. The customer service is always bar none!! No other financial institution would I want to be a part of other than my PEFCU!!
I use this app for my secondary account and I only use it for my savings. For the most part it’s okay, but if you actually need to do anything with your money it starts to become a pain. For months now, I can’t use the transfer feature in the app. Every time I go to select my account it remains blank. I thought it was an app issue but after several updates it still remains the same. So in order to send money to my wife’s account I have to send money through Venmo from my main account to her and order for her to send it to herself. As transferring or sending money through Zelle to her takes roughly two business days. Additionally, if happen to need assistance with your account and it’s not between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm then there’s no point even trying. There should really be 24/7 support. We can’t even use the PEFCU internationally because it just wouldn’t be wise. Again, the app is convenient for checking your balance and deposits, but falls short in everything else.
The website is very easy to use, I really like the mobile banking.
Last update broke the app. Constantly getting hung up on the login screen. Verified on multiple iphones
This bank is giving me answers that are not true Agent didn’t know what she was talking about and told me I’d get a call back and never received one I called back and was hung up on
My favorite bank! Been with PEFCU for almost 30 yrs.!
I really enjoy the new set up. Makes it easy to use. Comment: when having multiple accounts, would we be able to switch back-and-forth within the app to change the accounts a little bit easier?
