It helps me to keep track of my spending and if there is a dispute it is resolved expeditiously. The customer service is always bar none!! I use this app for my secondary account and I only use it for my savings. For the most part it’s okay, but if you actually need to do anything with your money it starts to become a pain. For months now, I can’t use the transfer feature in the app. Every time I go to select my account it remains blank. I thought it was an app issue but after several updates it still remains the same. So in order to send money to my wife’s account I have to send money through Venmo from my main account to her and order for her to send it to herself. As transferring or sending money through Zelle to her takes roughly two business days. Additionally, if happen to need assistance with your account and it’s not between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm then there’s no point even trying. There should really be 24/7 support. We can’t even use the PEFCU internationally because it just wouldn’t be wise.
