PEFCU Mobile Banking

Not good my payroll is sent over on Wednesday and it doesn't show in my account til 8am Friday unacceptable. You guys are very slow compared to other banks but I get y'all are a credit union and that's what you tell people. Love the credit union but there are reason people have multiple banks

Your app is very difficult to use. Every time I try to pay bills, it takes me to a another screen telling me to login again. This is very frustrating. Your app originally was great and then you changed it. Now it doesn’t work like it did before. Please fix the app on the bill pay option.

It’s very generic like a Piggy Bank. It will hold your money but very little else. Nothing to write home about and I don’t see a Q&A or Help or Frequently Asked Questions section for after hours. The “Customer Service” dept leaves a lot to be desired. The reps are unprofessional and rude so I see no real reason to keep my money in this bank. It’s been disappointing from day one.

I never belonged to a financial institution that was so caring and polite before. Even when I purchased a new phone, I was taught how to use the PFCU app, I went from always using an android to an apple 15. So I needed help. They help me build my credit!!! I have found a financial institution that I will stay with.
