Penny - Find Your Pensions

Ive been using them for a while now, never had any issues at all, only issues faced were with the previous pension companies (Scottish widows, Aviva etc) dragging their heels. They provided me all the info I needed plus forms to be filled out and signed. They dealt with my previous pension companies more than I did so they took the chasing off my back for me. Great to deal with.

This app only allows you to select from 12? pension comanies when i know i paid into 2 seperate companies which are not listed and now they have all my details , Not happy at all

This app attempts to make you consolidate your pensions as part of the setup process and doesn’t let you continue if you don’t agree. This is contrary to what the app says it does - seeing all your pensions on one place. This is contrary to the principles of the Consumer Duty - no effort given to determining if consolidation is an appropriate action for you. Hopefully the FCA will follow this up

Don’t enter your details and transfer your pensions here! There is no functionality, it is basically a scam…

All I want to do is see my pensions in one place. Not make a life changing transfer of my existing pensions into Pennys accounts with a one pager T&C page. This app is clearly aimed at people who have many pensions from various employers, lure them in with the promise to help find them and then Only offer the service if you blindly pay exit fees to your current provider and have no idea how the app and service looks before committing. Avoid at all costs. Con.

If you make a mistake you can’t go back and add missing information, so I deleted and reinstalled it to see if that would allow me to start from scratch… it crashes when I try to log in 😩

The aim of the app is to transfer your pensions, not help you find them. The transfer button comes up with no visibility of what the pension is, how much it is worth. Rubish.

Says my NI number is wrong but it isn’t waste of time. Looks like I’ve had a lucky escape judging by the reviews

Been 2-3 weeks and no results yet. I had to guess 5 possible pensions I’ve had over the last 30 years. Out of many different options. Still not heard anything back from anyone. Do I get to pick 5 more after you’ve done looking through those?

You go through a long process to register and it suggests it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to locate your pensions. 6 weeks later and returned a zero result. I have 2 private pensions and know exactly where they are. Don't waste your time. Other companies put there that can locate and transfer your pensions a lot quicker. I have deleted my account and the app.
