Bad service

Horrible, the old version with live balance changing capabilities were so much better!!! I’ve never overdraft more in my life until this app!!! Terrible, leaves me broke and stranded all the time

The app is very easy to use and the staff at the new martinsville bank is the best

Not usually friendly things are hard to find can’t pay bills buttons you tap don’t activate it. It’s a lot of things.

Too much advertising & glitches

Hard to drill down to account numbers. Grouping my accounts now makes me password every time even in remember me button on. Face time after grouped accounts no way. Deleted app and reinstalled. Did not help. That is how I found time to rate it. Glad I can bank online but …. Too bulky.

Great Bank!

I’ve never had an issue with this Bank! It works great for me!

App needs a lot of improvement

This app has a lot of features but is too busy for my liking and it is too hard to find features that I myself use on a regular basis. The menus need to be simplified and the features need to be more concise and easier to understand and follow. Many features almost seem hidden in the app and are hard to use and access.

Great app

I always know what bills are coming out, how much I have and can plan and track my finances easily.
