mobile deposit is a joke- it worked for a bit and now anytime i try to use it i get the error meaaage that there was an error with the remote deposit capture adapter. i’ve uninstalled and re installed numerous times, called customer support and spoken with people at my local branch and still…. nothing. my workplace is small and doesnt offer direct deposit, but i shouldn’t be punished for that or forced to travel towns away to get my pay.

I defy you to find zelle on this app. when you do; please show me where. Email me and prove me wrong.

Get with the times, Peoples. Put Zelle on your menu, where you said it was.

Whenever you replace a well functioning app with an new app of much lesser quality, it makes you think who made the deal and is getting a kickback? It has been over a year and this app still does not meet a high quality standard. The PB business app is not even mobile friendly! After what seems to be a recent hack with a family members PB account where money just disappeared and after 5 days, they still were making excuses, it seems it is about time to go to another bank. Regarding this app, they have had enough time to fix it at this point.

I got financed for a motorcycle, well I decided to make my first payment. I made the online account, tried to log in, now I keep getting a message telling me my password is incorrect. Ok I know I didn’t mess it up, I wrote it down. So I decided to rest my password, it says enter your username, so I do, then I hit enter. Can you guess what it says? PASSWORD incorrect. Your app doesn’t allow me to login with the right credentials, and when trying to “reset” said password it bugs out saying I have the wrong password!!!! Like make it make sense please. Now I’m gunna have to manually call the bank every month and give my banking information to whatever random they have sitting behind the counter. Thanks! Worst banking experience I have ever had.

Removed cardless ATM withdrawal! Feels like the app is going backwards in functionality and capabilities!

Mobile deposit does not work I have no problems with other banking institutions for mobile deposit just this one.

Our bank, Limestone Bank merged with people bank and it’s been nothing but a headache. Online banking is a joke as you can’t even see what and where the transactions are. I lost my debit card and had no way to tell if they were fraudulent charges or not. As soon as I can figure the charges out I am closing my account with this bank!

I really value security having text based authentication is one of the worst ways of authentication please add the option for authentication apps or better yet security keys.

This app frequently tells me my stored password is incorrect, so I type it in. Incorrect?!? No. Drives me crazy.
