Won’t let me redeem points for vouchers. It just loads at the final stage for ages and then crashes. Has been doing this for months now. On the odd say it works after multiple tries. Has been refreshed , deleted and redownloaded and updated. Still doesn’t work.

Since the last update it logs you out permanently. Really annoying!!

It’s been ages that secure parking is unavailable and it hasn’t been fixed.

There should be some way to save or bookmark perks that you use frequently or would like to purchase when credit becomes available. Both a favourites and a wish list would be preferable but would settle for wish list to just be able to find things again easier, especially for wellness perks which you may want to use again.

Every time I try to pay for a discount voucher the check out page just goes blank, have tried to delete and reinstall the app, get it to the most recent update and after a few times trying to get different vouchers not able to buy them at all Had the app for 1 month now without any success of use

Tried a few times, including restarting the phone and ensuring I have the latest updates. When I try to buy a gift card, the app shows a blank screen. I can complete the purchase on the website though. Also, I would have liked to see my perks as a shortcut on the bottom of the Home Screen, instead of clicking into the offers first. Maybe I am doing something wrong… don’t know.

With “There was some sort of error” message.

I couldn’t even link my card to the app. Tried multiple cards, several times, also tried the web app, kept getting “linking card” error 😒🤷🏻‍♀️

I love this app as it’s quite a good was to reward and also get allot of perks to living a spendy free time

This app has ruined my access to Perkbox for the desktop version and also the internet access is ruined too. Fix this problem please.
