Update app and then can’t log in…enter my email address, it sends me a 6 digit code, I enter the code and then it tells me that my email address doesn’t exist! Now I’m locked out of the app, with no option to report it, so very disappointing

I have tried 5 times to get a code to login as soon as I put the code in the email disappears and the code doesn’t work.

I’ve been trying to get a Marks & Spencer gift card but when I enter the value amount I don’t see the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom anymore and therefore I can’t get to the checkout screen. Please fix this bug. It’d also be nice to have my favourite perks at the top of the home screen of the app so I can access them quicker.

The app is useless as I can’t login in with my details.

Bought a £5 gift card for sainsbury but everyone I enter the code it says it’s not recognised.

The app is bad as when I try to sign in it says “some sort of error”, but when I use the same details online I can log in. “Perks” aren’t really “perks” as there are the same discounts etc that can be found online.

As soon as you open it closes itself, recent update didn’t help

Can’t enter login details from password manager. Can’t paste password. Which idiot tested this!!!!

Absolutely Rubbish.

This is the second time my transaction has failed and money deducted when I click on ‘chat to us’ it keeps saying something went wrong. All this voucher thing is a scam, it is made difficult on purpose to just advertise and bring you on the platform but results in nothing. I sacrificed 100 points to get £10 off via JustEat and could never claim it because of the platform difficulties. It’s all sham. If I do not get help I am going to post this on Google and everywhere and not willing to use your platform ever again
