Perfect app
All crushes! Thank you for such unstable app!
The worst bank app I used...
The main "feature" is that is always down when you need to pay. No Im sitting without electricity because cant pay feom the app (its not the first time)... Extremely bad experience...

Разработчики и менеджеры, которые делают приложение и банк внутри сами не проходят клиентский путь. Часть сценариев восстановления доступов не работает. После смены номера телефона в системе часть сообщений приходит на новый, а часть продолжают слать на старый номер. Номер счета в одних полях нормальный, в других он у них недействительный. Про маски для ввода номеров телефонов они не слышали. Это только часть накипевшего.
I haven't been able to log into my app for 2 months now. The local bank doesn’t know how to help😳
I visited branches of different banks 2 times: in Changu and Ubud. they don't know how to help me. how is this possible ? When the SMS confirmation code arrives, I enter it into the application, but it says that it is incorrect. and so on in a circle.

I’ll see how the latest update goes been using the app for several years- it’s nice, easy, saves your data so you don’t need to write it again every time (I meen gopay, shopee, pln, plus you can save ‘favorites’) qr pay is also good
Stupid settings not related to security
1) Why did you set logout timeout 5 seconds ? Nonsense, did you ever try to use it life? It has nothing to security just stupid settings which no any other bank in world has 2) Why do you every time send email notification about every login? Not about registration but about every login? Again stupid nonsense settings which is not possible to turn off

Приложение перестало работать, требуется звонок в банк, технически это сделать почти невозможно, опыт пользования индокартой негативный.
Worst app
I’m using BNI, Maybank and Pemata. PermataMobile has the worst UX and limited functions of those 3, but BNI is governmental bank. And even they have better interface and usability than permata.
