This is nightmare
Dear Permata Bank before update the app you need do some test. I can’t get sms , I alredy go to the Permata Sunset they change new number , but still the same problem.

While the update is requited, it’s safe to update. However all the problems are still there: constant relogins, login email spam

The worst bank app I used...
The main "feature" is that is always down when you need to pay. No Im sitting without electricity because cant pay feom the app (its not the first time)... Extremely bad experience...

Разработчики и менеджеры, которые делают приложение и банк внутри сами не проходят клиентский путь. Часть сценариев восстановления доступов не работает. После смены номера телефона в системе часть сообщений приходит на новый, а часть продолжают слать на старый номер. Номер счета в одних полях нормальный, в других он у них недействительный. Про маски для ввода номеров телефонов они не слышали. Это только часть накипевшего.
I haven't been able to log into my app for 2 months now. The local bank doesn’t know how to help😳
I visited branches of different banks 2 times: in Changu and Ubud. they don't know how to help me. how is this possible ? When the SMS confirmation code arrives, I enter it into the application, but it says that it is incorrect. and so on in a circle.

New illustration are terrible and cringy. Other than that all is fine.
