Regularly use PetBacker when we need to travel, the most convenient way to find a great stay at home, rather than in a pet hotel.

i have completed a job and it took me two weeks to do that. but my work was not paid. the owner made a full payment to the service, but the service did not pay for my work after dozens of messages to support. I have to stop working with the service and leave a corresponding review. it is scam

I tried to find my rabbit a babysitter and I haven’t received any messages for a babysitter however I thought it was a good idea and a good way to find a job.

Registration process looks awful: from desktop go app, fill 9000+ fields and after that you can see content of platform: in my case I got only one result for my query and deleted app

I started to use this app earlier this year and I have been facing the same problem every time I get booked. Some owners book early before the date, but they don't respond when I ask about their location and some information. So, my little suggestion is to please send a reminder to pet owners through email or any connected app since we can't share our phone number there for fast conversations. I had no choice but to cancel some bookings because they never replied to my messages, which is disappointing. Please make some changes to your app. 🙏🏻

Not working

Very easy to navigate, my only complaint is that the app keeps showing me the red notification circle even though I have no new notifications.
