They just leave you out and take your money

Their rewards program initially discounts the Journey with your points but later on bills your bank again for the difference lmao. What’s the point.

Never find a driver for me i am booking taxi then i have to wait 20 min even though they says finding drivers for you it’s not really good, it’s making our journey late i am not using this app anymore.

I have been using this company for years on the app it’s that you can redeem your loyalty points with your fare. I went to the office at serpentine even called the office and no one can tell me why it don’t work. I was very happy with this company always on time but after this experience I have to consider if I be using them in future.

Rang them as the app would not send a reset code to email or tel number, spoke to a chap who hadn’t got a clue what I was on about then transferred me without warning and the other guy didn’t even know I was being transferred! Bad customer service!!!

I’ve used the app for years, brilliant. Tried to book just now. The “Request Journey” tab has disappeared from the bottom of the screen on my iPhone, I can’t complete the booking. It appears on my iPad but I’m not carrying that around. Can you look into this?

More then often have to call because can’t do through app. Picks where I m put where to go and that’s it click book now and nothing just stays on that screen.

Unable to register as no OTP comes from app site

I have travelled with this company for years and usually the service is normal (late very often, but fortunately I book in advance with that in mind), today I had already been charged £8 for a round trip that I do everyday, but when I was already on the way back this amount was refunded and I was charged £10 with NO NOTICE. It’s not because of the £2, but as a customer I lile to know how much I am paying from the begining, so I can have a choice. Booking #4943881 Thank you
