Can’t add card
Main reason for using apps is to pay by card for journeys however, for several months I’ve been unable to add my card to the account. Had no issue before but since I’ve got a new phone and number will not let me add payment details.

First 2 or 3 times was good. Always late to arrive since then, I will no longer be using Peterborough cars in future after their poor service
Horrible company, always late
I love the app, it’s worked flawlessly for months until the latest update. Now whenever I try and book a new journey I’m stuck being forced to rate my previous driver. There is no way to remove this and without rating the app is useless. I appreciate driver feedback is important but please do not make it mandatory.
They just leave you out and take your money
Their rewards program initially discounts the Journey with your points but later on bills your bank again for the difference lmao. What’s the point.
Never find a driver for me i am booking taxi then i have to wait 20 min even though they says finding drivers for you it’s not really good, it’s making our journey late i am not using this app anymore.
I have been using this company for years on the app it’s that you can redeem your loyalty points with your fare. I went to the office at serpentine even called the office and no one can tell me why it don’t work. I was very happy with this company always on time but after this experience I have to consider if I be using them in future.
Rang them as the app would not send a reset code to email or tel number, spoke to a chap who hadn’t got a clue what I was on about then transferred me without warning and the other guy didn’t even know I was being transferred! Bad customer service!!!
I’ve used the app for years, brilliant. Tried to book just now. The “Request Journey” tab has disappeared from the bottom of the screen on my iPhone, I can’t complete the booking. It appears on my iPad but I’m not carrying that around. Can you look into this?
