Worst experience . Reports are interchanged

Worst experience with lab test reports. I provided vitamin d and b12 sample for 2 of my family members. But they gave wrongly . They gave wrong names

Terrible service

Booked a full blood panel for me and my dad. The day before the scheduled date I get a call saying the technician had an emergency and that they’d need to postpone by a day. I got a confirmation message for the next day. On the next day, nobody showed up - me and my dad had been fasting in anticipation. After calling support, I was informed that I should be assured that someone will call me back soon with a new appointment. The assurance came in three full days later - that nobody would come and do the test.

No help

They have bots as contact and no actual person in case you need them. Delays in delivery and they will update order saying due to customer delay. Horrible app when you need assistance. Developers need to look at this angle.

Worst App ever

I will never recommend this app.very bad customer service experience. And no matter how many times you call customer service none of your issue gonna be resolved. I ordered something and received a different product. The next day itself I returned it its been 10 days and neither i got any refund nor did they updated it as returned and even after the pick up two more person came for the same pick up and my money is lost. Worst experience ever

App is good but service is horrible.

If this is supposed to improve the process of ordering me dives from my neighborhood pharmacy, it fails miserably! Rude calls from reps, delivery commitments not honored, and overall far more painful than just calling my regular pharmacy. My first and last order. Time to delete the app.

Bad Customer Service

Order was cancelled by them because we did not accept their offering of their doctor. Why would we want to change our doctor who we have been seeing for 20 years just because this app doesn’t has proper mechanism to analyze the uploaded prescription.

Poor service, UNRELIABLE

Ordered medicines as I had to travel. Waited for 2 days post the delivery date. Filed complaint. Called customer care. No one has a clue where the delivery person is. Highly UNRELIABILE service. Surprised that Amir Khan is promoting this company. Would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!

Appreciation and Good Service

I was purchasing medicines one of reputed online supplier past 2 years. The beginning their services was excellent and satisfied but last few months not getting our monthly regular medicines properly. I informed them by mail regarding the issue but never get proper response and action on it. This reason moved to PharmEasy. I tested with my first two orders and satisfied and third monthly medicines ordered and received early as they promised. I am very satisfied with PharmEasy and hope this fast and punctual will go in future. It will help to get more costumers and good reputation to company. Thank you
