Physiotherapy: ACL & Knee

I started doing exercises with this program a few weeks before my knee replacement and continued to use it for the next several months. now 3+ months and I’m still using it. It’s a wonderful program and the tech-support is readily available if you need it. I bought a year’s subscription with one consultation and it was a very beneficial consultation. my physical therapist here was impressed with how far I had come when I started in person physical therapy two weeks after the surgery.

Extremely grateful for this app. A ton of articles and helpful videos to guide you through recovery. The Physical Therapist has answered all my questions within 24hrs. If you have issues with scheduling in your area or just need a home office/remote option this app is great. I’ve noticed an exponential growth in my recovery since using it.

This app has been amazing for my recovery from a total knee replacement. As a runner, it has given me consistent and more intense extensive exercises each week. Highly recommend!!

I recently had my acl surgery and found this app via Reddit shortly after. I’ve been using the app in conjunction with in person PT. I’ve found it to be incredibly helpful. The app has quite a few different exercises compared to what I was given at my in person PT and I like that there’s a checkmark system and schedule provided. I’ve also been regularly measuring my knee using the app and it’s pretty accurate! The developer also does such a good job responding to any questions I may have. And quickly too! It’s helped keep my mind at ease that I’m on the right track. I did purchase a subscription and I think it’s definitely worth it.

The app is very useful and the PT is very responsive in answering my questions based on my issues and which stage to start at with the exercises.

Usefull

I had my first knee replacement surgery in June of 2022 and got this app after a month or so but wished had it from day one and I would have really benefited. But this 1st surgery was not successful and I had to have a revision surgery in Feb of 2024. I have been using Curovate from day one this time and it has really helped me. I also had a fracture during revision surgery and Nirtal really helped me by answering all my questions promptly and guiding me as to which exercises I shouldn’t do given the fracture. I am using this app along with in person manual PT. It is a great supplement as I can choose to do the exercises that really helps me and skip the ones that are easy. Plus in person PT will be done soon and I will continue with the app as long as I want. Thank you Nirtal for all your support and also even showing how my husband can use the app for his balance issues. I appreciate it. I highly recommend this app!!

The redesigned app looks great and it’s easy to use and follow. All the steps and excercises are easy to use and follow. The app is setup in a way that makes it easier to stay motivated to keep onto of daily exercises. The videos are perfect as they explain and show everything you need need to do to aid for a speedy recovery and maintenance.

I wanted to use this, but it does not have a protocol that is appropriate for a BEAR ACL repair. Looks like a great app if you have an ACL reconstruction.
