Best Resource to recover from an ACL surgery in a timely and strategic manner, the exercise are very well explained and the app gives you a strategic way to follow the routine. Also, shout out to Nirtal Shah for his expertise and knowledge in this field, have been doing video sessions with him for my ACL recovery and it has done wonders for my recovery.

This app allowed me to prepare before having an ACL reconstruction. I really appreciated knowing the steps ahead of time, that helped me getting organized BEFORE getting in the most difficult part of the rehab process. knowing that support is available, that difficult (although normal) steps are head is fundamental to keep focus during and keep progressing. Lots of info (blogs, webinars), very responsive and interactive team behind the tools (chat / video PT). I love their approach, emphasizing the importance of consistency with the rehab process. The reminders are perfect to keep up with the rhythm.
