App runs like the early 2000’s on a brand new phone. Never fails to piss me off especially when I need it.

This is the worst banking app. I can’t count the times I’ve been in a store and need to unlock my card or check a balance and had to leave without purchasing anything. The app is extremely slow and has major issues. Has made me hate my bank.

So, this app is insanely inconvenient unless you carry your username and password the old fashioned way. Face unlock gets randomly turned off. Sometimes it won’t accept your current password. To reset the password it supposed to send an email but doesn’t. Every single freaking time I have to call and wait for a person just to reset the password. This app is just frustrating

This app has many inconsistencies. It seems that at very important times when I have needed access to my account info I’m unable to get into it. The app frequently displays the message “We are experiencing technical difficulties and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.” In addition to this, the FACE ID feature periodically turns off and doesn’t allow for quick log in. I have to manually type my password in then go into the apps settings to turn this feature back on. It is more of an annoyance than it is helpful. The app simply does not run smoothly and is unreliable. In an emergency, checking the account balance would be a necessity and with the sever frequently being down or whatever the issue is that causes the app to fail is a big problem.

Has a lot of menus but doesn’t have much actual functionality. No widget to see my balance on home screen. No dark mode icon so it sticks out. Icon is ugly out right and isn’t modern. The app’s servers seem to be down at random times, so I can’t even see my balance. Notifications are hit or miss. Sometimes I get them about my purchases, sometimes I don’t. The bank doesn’t seem to know what some purchases are, so they just show up as acronyms or letters and numbers. The bank also doesn’t play very well with budgeting apps. It’s just flat out basic banking, which is okay if you’re an older person I guess.

I have never used a Bank that employed such gracious and intelligent people. Thank you for being my Bank!

I love using the app it’s easy to use and does everything I need

Seems that often and arbitrarily Pinnacle will not allow me to use facial recognition. Also the ATM does not allow multiple transactions. Have to reinsert card to make another transaction.

I tried to check my balance on my Pinnacle Bank app today on my phone and it will not let me login due to a slight glitch and it kept saying “an error occurred” several times and at this point I really upset about it and can’t seem to trust y’all.
