I’ve been unable to login to my account since I created the account. It asks for SO MUCH information, including ID pictures. I completed the whole thing and now I can’t access the account? It’s a joke.

Al parecer la app no es lo suficientemente responsive para ser utilizada en dispositivos con pantallas pequeñas, no me permite recuperar contraseña o registrar con facebank porque el botón de continuar no se ve.

No había tenido ningún problema hasta hace una semana. La aplicación se queda eternamente cargando para entrar y nunca lo hace. Le he quitado el wifi, lo he dejado con datos y nada.

they told me that my information was wrong then they asked my drivers license and my bank statement and never answered again… I don’t understand why, this is sketchy and I see I’m not the only one. BE CAREFUL.

Esta App no sirve. Hice una primera transacción por $50 y luego no me permitió hacer otras transferencias. Arroja un mensaje indicando que la primera operación debe ser máximo de $50 y ni siquiera permite transferir montos menores a ese. No hay opción de soporte al cliente en donde se pueda reportar la incidencia. Otros usuarios con sistema operativo Android pueden hacerlo sin problema

I worked perfectly until last update, now it keeps saying “Maintenance code 11” I wrote 2 emails to customer service and they do not answer Deleted the app, downloaded again and nothing! In my friend’s android phone works

They will have you go through all the steps to verify your identity and get all the sensitive info about you…then they will say that there is a problem with something, in my case the e-mail address which we kept using to communicate with each other to verify the rest of the info. The same e-mail they used to request the bank account info and picture of my driver license. So they are just harvesting information, why they didn’t complain about my address at the very beginning, before they asked for all the other sensitive information? Be really careful with this people.
