The app needs work
I find that the app is very slow and lags all the time. It needs updates for iPhone perhaps.
Improvements, not so much
I gave a 3 star review, but I’m dropping it to 1. It’s so frustrating. Updates haven’t helped. It takes 10-15 minutes to clock in or out. I’m so done with this app.
Crashes
Every time I open it it crashes on me. Any advices?
Read the fine print
The complete Planday program works but doesn’t flow the greatest. I used it for scheduling sports referees. I tried to cancel the subscription a couple weeks after the season was finished on July 17 but still have to pay up till September 13 because I missed the “30 days notice” prior to August 13 (the 13th being the billing anniversary). Just beware that they have a huge cancellation policy window and can continue to invoice accordingly. I find this is unlike a lot of subscriptions that cancel on the day you request.
It’s not free
It says free but it’s expensive you have to pay $2.00 US for each employee. I deleted it on the spot

Privacy concern
Incredibly concerning that it says they collect data on your phone like text messages, photos and videos and pass it to third parties. Invasion of your privacy. Why collect photos from your phone and pass it to third parties? Imagine they collect photos of children and who will they send them to? Had to delete app.

Planday's honesty is questionable... 6 months working 8:30 to 10:30 a day and I only have one holy day. I know!!🤔
