App made for employers and not employees
This app is unbalanced in favour of just employers: my employer is able to change my shifts with 1 day notice or just a few hours and I don’t get any mail from Planday which I could for example use to show to court this abusive behaviour. It should be by default that Planday thinks about employees too and set to default procedures that helps against abuses. Another example is that if your employer terminate your Planday profile, you can’t access your past data, like shifts or Planday messages (that you can use, for example, to have proofs of misbehaviours after the termination). Set to default email when shifts get added or changed, and allow users to access their data after employers terminate the profile. I know that you are getting paid by just employers, but let’s try not to facilitate abusive behaviours vs the weak part of the world. I wouldn’t recommend, save your data and screenshot all your shifts day by day, because Planday is not gonna care about you if you are not a company paying them.
