Pitty I can’t add plants to the library because there are many missing from tropical climate for ex Licuala grandis, plumeria pucida, heliconia marginata. Please add a feature that would enable users to enrich the common library

Despite plants all looking differently the “diagnosis” is all the same. Not worth paying for.
To use the app fully, you can get a free three day trial. I tried that but instead of receiving a free trial, they instantly distracted money from my bank account & i automatically paid 7,99 euros… super bad!

I’m pretty angry about how this company runs their app. I downloaded a 1-week free trial. I had no idea that would roll over into their most expensive membership. They’ve been charging me €8 ($8) per WEEK ever since. Apart from the fact that I never used it after the first day (not realizing I’d be tricked into a paid membership without asking my explicit consent) why would they not ask me as a goodwill gesture about which membership I wanted? It’s a pretty shocking way to do business. I hope Apple removes this app from their offerings.
