Useless, shows Abiotic plant disease for all plants
Despite plants all looking differently the “diagnosis” is all the same. Not worth paying for.
Bad service
To use the app fully, you can get a free three day trial. I tried that but instead of receiving a free trial, they instantly distracted money from my bank account & i automatically paid 7,99 euros… super bad!
Plant database empty no answer on mailing. Nice layout !

I’m pretty angry about how this company runs their app. I downloaded a 1-week free trial. I had no idea that would roll over into their most expensive membership. They’ve been charging me €8 ($8) per WEEK ever since. Apart from the fact that I never used it after the first day (not realizing I’d be tricked into a paid membership without asking my explicit consent) why would they not ask me as a goodwill gesture about which membership I wanted? It’s a pretty shocking way to do business. I hope Apple removes this app from their offerings.

Don’t bother with this marketing hell of an app
There is no option to cancel in the app
It’s like a scam. No option to cancel and support is asking to do a lot of things just wasting your time.
Trial version which turns out to be a premium version which I cannot stop
Trial version which turns out to be a premium version of which I can not see how to stop the unwanted subscription!
Quite disappointing, only with subscription
Requesting subscription on the first step, free trial is only 3 days. Not helpful honestly… AI is weak. Also, app doesn’t work properly and has many annoying questions throughout. “Are you satisfied with identification?” - cmon, wait a second, I have 7 tree suggestions to go through. Not recommend.
