I used to work and live in 4 countries ( China, Russia, Estonia, Sweden) and used 3 apps before, which had same functionality, but this one is the best I had. It sends reminders until one loads receipts))) it is very important for me as I run 10 project parallel and always forget to do it. I like the interface as well, clean and simple, no any difficulties to find information inside and all is intuitive clear.

You guys are really annoying. I don’t use any work related apps on my iPhone. But because you don’t have a desktop version I have to download all this stuff to my phone to do my reimbursement.

I wish my company did not use this junk. Unfortunately I’m forced to use it. Absolutely poor and badly developed. Sort it out Pleo.

It’s a fairly poor app. It doesn’t support Face ID so you have to enter a code every time. Also, the photo upload feature doesn’t work to upload receipts.

The app has a very clear interface, with a minimalistic approach. All the things you need are right there.

They take ages to open the app and it rarely works and just gives you a reload Camel Then hit a cheek to email saying you got missing receipt to upload, we’ll get the app working and il upload them

The app stops working overnight. Every morning all of the transactions disappear and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get it working. I have reported this to our account manager but was ignored. For a business so heavily app based, Pleo should really consider spending some money on creating a stable app that actually works.

App and process is fine, but there needs to be a bigger selection of categories or at least an “Other” option. The main one for our company is that there isn’t an option to select for Fuel purchases, and we have annoying users who are refusing to add fuel receipts as they cannot select the correct category. Could this be added please??

Honestly choose a different card, this app will ruin your life with its constant crashing, lagging, unnecessary time-consuming security features, inability to display correctly and general non-functionality. I tried to contact the company to explain the issues but they weren’t interested
