Plugo - Shared Power Banks

Their kiosks are non functional

They forcefully make us to pay the deposit and do not return that back once we’re done using the product and show fake transaction saying the money has been deposited back to us which is totally fake

I took one of the chargers in emergency and I was trying to charge my phone. First off the powerbank I got wasn’t charging my phone because the wire was really loose. This problem doesn’t happen in my normal phone. Then when i was trying to return, the machine was not accepting the powerbank as returned. We contacted the support and they asked me to search for a plug point the dock was connected to and restart the entire machine. Once we did that, the machine accepted my powerbank as returned but it wasn’t stopping the timer. We contacted the support again and they said I will be charged for 1 hour only. Now my account is asking me 20 rupees more for another extra 3 minutes where my powerbank was returned but the timer didn’t stop and I have been trying to contact support but no response.

Fraud app I paid 3 months subscription But shown as not paid In support I raised the issue but they ask me to send screen shot where there is no option of sending screen shoot..

Worst services i have ever seen there will be a network issue & not to be notified once the plan get done up of that you will in - balance u need to pay extra for subscription once the plan get done i have lost 200 rs in 6 months due to - balance

So helpful in hospitals! Imagine coming in for an emergency and your phone dying! It's PlugO to the rescue. Thank you.

I’ve used Plugo to rent a power bank a few times but most of the time there is always some app issue. On my latest attempt the app was not able to register the QR code scan yet the app registered me as having rented a power bank even when I wasn’t issued one! To top it off I couldn’t even reverse the payment. And since there’s a security deposit that also wasn’t returned because i couldn’t return a power bank which I was not issued. Customer support exists only in name, as i only got automated replies to my messages that kept me on a loop and any attempts to contact the number to talk to an executive was met with silence. Needlessly lost money because of this and have decided not to use Plugo again.

Not a good service Please Improve this My 319 rupees stuck due to this worst service

I used one of the device and found cable not working so returned immediately. The app instead of refunding my amount charged me for extra 4 hours and does not refund my security deposit. No customer support. Illegal extortion of money.
