I want to thank creators of this app - it-guys and monks. And of course I have a big gratitude to Thich Nhat Hanh’s easy and joyful way of giving Buddha’s teachings. In this app I’ve saw such a kind and short way of giving basic facts on Buddhist views. Sometimes if you proceed without mentor many basic Buddhist views can be found frightening without a correct understanding. Here I see a very nice way of explaining them in both accurate and easy to understand terms. And of course great mediations. It would’ve saved me a lot of time if I’d found this app and Plum village lessons on YouTube earlier :) Thanks again

This is an amazing app developed by Buddhist monks and nuns and lay practitioners. I have practised with this community for many years and have found them to be deeply trustworthy. I have been using the app since its creation and it’s grown enormously. Guided meditations, Dharma talks, bells you can set the timer on silent meditations, et cetera.
