Paintings missing from the tour

I purchased an audio guide to visit San Marco Basilica in Venice but I could not use it inside the church. There was not enough strong signal from the cell tower. I had pre-downloaded the guide so it should have worked. But it did not. The application just froze.

I downloaded this app, which was sold by Batorama Strasbourg as a supplemental "audio guide". The QR code prompted the download of a map to the Strasbourg cathedral, which was not what I was expecting (as it was totally unrelated to the Batorama canal tour), but I figured it would be a good way to experience the cathedral. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to play any of the files while I was visiting, nor after, so I don't think it was a connectivity issue. Unhappy to have paid for an app that ended up being completely useless.

Very few audios even play and those that do do not play the actual audio with the correct title.

Not worth one star. Horrible. Supposed to come with digital audio guide that you need to download prior to tour. States there is link in email. No link. Says to down load pop app to get audio tour. No instructions on pop app. Absolutely horrible. I will download Rick Steves app. This is a rip off.

This is not anything but a recording listen to on your phone, not a guided. Broadcast intermittently the rest of this spectator. Look somewhere else.
