App keep crashing upon finding songs

Incredibly unreliable and laggy app. Keeps crashing every single time you want to search a song. Has been like this for at least 2 years since I first downloaded and subscribed to popsical. No efforts made whatsoever to improve, let alone fix this terrible app! Ruins the experience of using popsical…

Managed to login but unable to search for songs. The moment I typed in an artists name, the app closes. Hope the developers can fix this.

After multiple complaints via fb chat they still don’t seem to bother to fix the issue of hang/crash whenever I do a search. I found out my own trial & error that it’s the autocorrection feature on iOS that triggers it. I feedback it to them and 2 months later they still haven’t fixed it. At this point I don’t even wanna bother using it anymore. These people don’t deserve any more of my business. Anyone else with this issue just disable autocorrection via settings/keyboards when you want to use this stupid app.

I would like to rate it a 0/5 stars but there is no option for that since I want to write a review, 1star will have to do. 😑 1. App keeps on hanging and goes back to home screen by it self and refresh, despite refreshing and re installing, the app keeps hanging. 2. Songs released by singers and groups around a 1month ago weren’t even uploaded onto Popsical. Even worse, 5 months ago too. Some groups that debuted months ago are not on Popsical. Their songs too! 3. After finishing a song, there is suppose to be a score out of 100. It used to score us reasonably but now, it does not even bother to score us. All it gives is 1. Popsical’s service is really inconsistent . Not trying to say I sing well, but this scoring has been going on for months or even a year regardless of who singing, it is always giving a 1/100.

And the rating score is not right

Many bugs and issues started since end 2023. App kept crashing initially, followed by inability to pair app with screen. Screen also started showing system error. After updating the system, screen turned black and songs couldn’t even be played.

Using the search function crashes all the time, not worth subscribing at this point of time. Error 403 unusable
