Just updated the app and device yesterday and now it’s impossible to connect my phone to the device and control the machine from any phone. Please fix this since I pay monthly for this to work… I was just able to use this a few days ago just fine before the update

iOS devices cannot pair with TV

When it works it’s great. Sadly it still isn’t working properly on iPhones after iOS 13 release.

Having paid for premium service I am denied of access to this system even tried more than a dozen times. It keeps promoting me to buy the same plan that I have enrolled. This is ridiculous hope the operator will set this right it’s been few days since my subscription.

Terrible lags give me an excuse to take longs dumps. Logging me out umpteen times let’s me exercise my non-existent memory to login again with a password I can never remember.

Is my singing that bad that it logs me out!? My self-confidence has been deeply traumatized.

Popsical has been horrible the 2nd half of 2023 to present day. Randomly keeps saying error when trying to play songs, then you’d have to close and open the app again. App sometimes seems to lag and refuses to refresh playqueue. Wi-fi Connection issues galore.

Pls update more playlist / tiktok/, search by tv drama ost, singer list to enable us to search for songs easily
