Horrible design decisions
The only way to copy a track ID from the app is to “share”, which copies a link to PostNord’s website rather than just the tracker. That is a super-annoying inconvenience!

Keeping track of parcels with PostNord’s app is simple. Create an account in the app and have your parcels added automatically, and much more:
- Track PostNord parcels, both those you receive and those you send
- Pick up parcels without a paper slip.
- Share parcels with others so they pick them up for you.
- Don’t miss any parcels updates with notifications.
- Choose how you want your home deliveries in Sweden and Finland.
- Manage and sign up for Modtagerflex in Denmark.
- Find service points, mail boxes and parcel boxes.
- Open parcel boxes
- Search for postal codes.
- Chat with customer service in Denmark.
- Buy postage in Sweden and Denmark.

The website said I could find more info in the app, but the app doesn’t say more about my package than the website does. Needs an account to chat with someone

Doesn’t accept foreign mobile numbers
You only can fill out Scandinavian mobile numbers. +31 (NL) not accepted. So PostNord cannot send me messages. EU ???

Je krijgt geen enkel contact met de customer service. Enkel een domme chatbot. Gebruikt +45 70 70 70 30
Delayed parcel
Bad customer service. Long waiting qeueu then will just give you a run around without even solving the problem.
Not functional
Cant reach Customer Service and the packages don’t arrive.
Worthless app.
It does not tell when your package arrives or where it is. This is bad communication.
Useless
Package was ordered to my home but sent to pick up point instead? Not only that, but though it was apparently delivered at 14.30 during the day the app didn’t say it was delivered until 21.30, and by then the shop was already closed. Absolutely ridiculous.
