This app gives you all the info you need to get training for your first pull-up. I’m in for 12 weeks now and evolved from level 1 to level 3. The exercises are not hard at all, you just need to do them 3 times a week. I love the simplicity and the results. Now I feel why they don’t do super hard trainings, it’s because your body needs to adapt to the new movements. Looking forward to my pull-up 😃
