Can't log in
I can't log in. Even after resetting the password, a message appears saying the password is incorrect and I can't log in.

So easy to use!
I always use Premier Inn’s app for booking all my hotels. It’s so easy to use & easy to pay for your room too. Would highly recommend the Premier Inn App!
Your Password Reset Function Does Not Work!!
The App is great but I have been locked out of my account for weeks and despite multiple calls to premier inn, there is no one to speak to about account support and this issue! Please sort it out, staff said this is a known issue with password resets.
Waste of time
Login broken, does not send reset emails, waste of an app, just use a website or comparison site instead
Ease of booking
It’s the easiest hotel website to use
Great hotel
Excellent stay
Does not accept Amex
Come on, give man a break
Stop the notification spam
Enabled notifications assuming they would only relate to bookings. Started getting marketing spam notifications. Deleted the app. Unacceptable.
