I am writing this just because of extremely frustrating experience on Preply. I found many issues during my 4 years teaching at Preply due to its lack of professionalism. In the beginning it was going good when Preply was not having than many teachers on it’s platform but later as the number increased they it became less conscious and caring for their teachers. Some of main issues that I found, I am writing here. I got messages from different profiles that were against Islam and my country some months before. Preply couldn’t help me during that. There is no automatic system for screening abuse talk from students. Any student can make profile here very quickly by giving any random Online purchased American Number to abuse any teacher any time. Student have authority to rate zero even after talking just one demo class, so the carrier of teacher came to end because of any one random guy as it happened with me. I got many students here and taught them approximately 700 lessons and also got 5 rating except just one student who gave 2 and because of that I couldn’t earn Super Tutor title in 4 years teaching. Although rest of criteria was being fulfilled. It was exclusively drastic to feel that. There was one student to whom I am teaching from last year and he gave rating 5 to me. He is taking classes this year not periodically and Preply says this is suspicious activity so it blocked my withdrawal. I contacted there support centre, I asked the issue to Senior Customer Support Specialist Dee and she couldn’t resolve issue. She didn’t even close the chat so I can rate her Zero for her non professional attitude. I can’t contact to anyone else to say that as chat is still opened. Still I am unable to withdraw.

The experience was somewhat bad. Some professors would schedule appointments and say, “I don’t have time,” or when I book a lesson, they change the timing and the application does not return the money, which means it’s over. التجربة كانت إلى حد ما كانت سيئة بعض الأساتذة ينزلوا مواعيد و يقولوا معليش ما عندي وقت او لما احجز درس يغيروا التوقيت و التطبيق ما يرجع الفلوس يعني خلاص راحت عليك.
