Stole my gift card
Everytime I use this to redeem my gift card it will be fine unless there is money left on the card if there’s money left on the gift card they steal it and deactivate the card they’ve stole at least $300 from me and won’t give me a response as to why. Scam!
The worst
The app does not connect you with a live agent. It just keeps pushing you back in the queue and the customer is just as bad. You are either on hold forever or wait forever for a call back.

still lost
prezze has resent my e-gift card at least 4 times today . they say check the spam . it’s not in there either . my afterpay account said the e gift was purchased last night with an entire repayment contract and everything. but it’s no where to be found to actually use it ! so disappointing
Chevrong gift cards don’t work
Prezzee will not refund any amount if your gift card doesn’t work on the gift card apps. For example, chevron gift card can’t be added to chevron app which is the only way to use your gift card. Also Prezzee customer service is awful .

Stole my gift cards
I purchased a new phone and when I went to log in it said the email and password did not match. They don’t give other options to retrieve your account.
Can't purchase anything but the 25 brands they have
This has been one of the worst experiences with gift card, (after-pay) advertising that you can spend it on anything. But yet when you go to the actual prezzee app they only give you 25 companies to order from. Smh this was a waste of money. For me! Yes, Target and Walmart are great but if you get more brands you'll get more business.
