Ang pangit ng update niyo hindi ko na makita yung waterbill ko mga peste

As of yesterday june 18, you app is not showing the billing information even after the updates. Pla fix the problem for everyone convinience of payung bills in the app.

Both the app and the website omit the infamous "meter charge"! Meaning, whatever they display won't match the amount you need to pay as the actual SOA states. How could you get the most basic and most crucial information wrong?

Everytime I’m gonna open this lagi nalang dapat iupdate at nakakaumay.

The app isn't working well. It also takes a long time to transfer to the preferred merchants. Not sure if the delayed reflection of payment is also related to the App or the Prime water management but the payment posted are delayed and PW charges more than they should even if you paid on time.

Basura ung app tas basura din ung service. Hindi dapat nag ooperate as provider ng basic necessity tong basurang prime water na to. Walang concern sa tao. Tamang business lang

Everytime na mag check ako sa apps nato hindi upadted ang dashboard lage, payment, new bills, hindi nag re-reflect agad! Parang useless naman! Wala ring nag re reply sa mga message namin kung meron kami tinatanong or inquiries! Walang kwenta ang apps na ito,, please paki gandahan naman yong service ninyo. Hindi na nga kayo tumatanggap ng payment sa mismong opisina ninyo kasi gusto nyo sa bayad center kami magbabayad, mahal na nga ng minimum nyo magbabayad pa kami ng extra charge sa bayad center na iyan?

Very useless, sayang lang sa storage. Basura
